Newsletter subscriptions
When you subscribe, we use your email address to send ÖNEAY editorial updates. Hostinger Reach provides the subscription and email delivery service and may process subscription records and technical information needed to operate it.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the newsletter subscription form. Subscribing is optional. We keep your subscription details while your subscription remains active. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. Limited records may be retained where needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
Contacting ÖNEAY
If you email us, we use your address, message and any details you choose to include to respond to your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence; where your request concerns a service or agreement, it may also be necessary to deal with that request. Please send only the personal information needed for your enquiry. We keep correspondence for the time needed to respond and to meet any applicable legal obligations. Contacting us does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Website operation and statistics
Our hosting provider processes technical information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. We use Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to understand website use. Depending on the analytics and browser settings, Google may process online identifiers, device information and browsing activity. The language selector may also use a cookie to remember your language.
You can review or remove cookies using your browser settings. This privacy notice does not itself change those settings. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Service providers and international processing
Service providers may process information as needed to provide hosting, newsletter delivery, statistics and email correspondence. These include Hostinger and Hostinger Reach, and Google for Analytics and the Gmail contact address. Information may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the relevant provider’s contractual safeguards. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing. You can also withdraw newsletter consent. Write to hello@oneayworld.com, explaining your request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity.
You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the competent supervisory authority where you live.
